- Ability to support and drive major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment
- Demonstrated track record of developing and fostering effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse internal stakeholder groups
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build engaging executive level presentations in Google Slides
- Understanding of corporate real estate process
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
- Ability to develop and communicate the financial objectives, inspire and motivate distributed teams and maintain alignment to the business strategies
- Excellent analytical skills – both planning and financial
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain composure under deadline pressure

- Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance and/or Business Administration related. Consulting experience a plus
- 7 years of experience in Real Estate, Consulting, and Finance roles
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic program, portfolio, and operational management as Salesforce scales its real estate and workplace environments around the globe
- Drive key financial optimization strategies as part of long-range planning efforts to meet budget efficiency targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally across internal REWS and Salesforce partners and external partners
