Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred (MBA or relevant graduate degree); and 10+ years of relevant business experience, including advanced analytics, business intelligence, research, retail and e-commerce, brand strategy, in-market testing, and digital measurement.
- Analytics in the CPG industry and experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana).
- Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels; balance between strategy and execution to deliver results.
- Track record of delivering complex projects and driving sustained change; global experience preferred.
- Understanding of marketing technology ecosystem, media purchase and exchanges, first-party data, consumer journey, marketing KPIs, brand equity measurement, market research, audience segmentation, and targeting.
- Experience in capability development, road mapping, requirements prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Promote common literacy across key data assets with aligned strategy, process, investment, and communication.
- Build an innovative vision for extending commercial analytical capabilities through leadership and insights into business performance and forecasting.
- Analyze industry trends, assess competitor offerings, and enable go-to-market teams with differentiated messaging and positioning.
- Conduct strategic competitive intelligence market analysis to understand the landscape and competitor positioning.
- Develop and maintain the strategic vision and priorities for marketing measurement.
- Partner with stakeholders to define future marketing analytics requirements, identify capability gaps, and drive next-generation capabilities.
- Stay updated on new technologies and platforms, ensuring measurement platforms align with market trends and business needs.
- Lead a cross-functional team in conducting RFI/RFPs, ensuring new solutions fit into the measurement platform, and support change management efforts.
- Collaborate with Procurement and IT/DTS to maintain customer satisfaction scores.
- Work with Insights & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, Segment, and IT/DTS teams to create a seamless capability framework and best practices.
