Requirements
- Undergraduate degree: advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 7+ years of payments and corporate card management.
- Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.
- Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Card portfolio with responsibility for strategy and execution across Central Bill, Buyer Card, Supplier Card, and Corporate Card programs.
- Develop and deliver payment strategies that enhance financial efficiency, streamline operations, and mitigate risks.
- Manage provider relationships, negotiate program terms, and collaborate across functions to expand payment usage, improve reconciliation processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and vendor agreements.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and leverage outsourcing partners to support scalability and operational excellence.
- Drive the evolution of the corporate card portfolio strategy, unlocking financial value and delivering seamless, compliant solutions that empower the firm to scale and innovate effectively.
