Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a relevant field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A with experience in global SaaS companies and US GAAP
- 6+ years of experience supporting GTM functions with recent partnership at the manager level or above
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning systems (Excel, Adaptive Analytics, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL queries, Salesforce)
- Proven ability to communicate financial insights to executives and collaborate cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership, delivering insights on operational and financial performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Delivering monthly and quarterly financial reports, trend analysis and KPIs to inform forecasting and drive decision-making
- Conducting detailed variance analysis to optimize costs and resource allocation
- Partnering with budget owners to develop long range and annual budgets aligned with organizational priorities
- Driving improvements in accuracy and efficiency for financial close, planning and reforecast cycles in collaboration with FP&A, Finance, Accounting and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or MBA
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives and streamlining finance operations
- Familiarity with managing large datasets and applying statistical frameworks for executive-level insights
