Requirements
- Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company’s business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
- Knowledge of the importance of ‘big picture’ thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
- Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
- Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
Responsibilities
- Drive effective and strong coordination with business partners across the organization business units, segment coordinators, and internal corporate partners.
- Responsibility for the consolidation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and quarterly Rolling Business Management (RBM) forecasts. Your team will provide enterprise guidance, summarize the forecasts and present a summary to senior leadership.
- Responsibility to coordinate the financial Long-Term Forecast and support for Investor Day presentations.
- Support the quarterly earnings release process by providing analysis and insights for preparation of the earnings call.
- Support forecasting of enterprise Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) expenses.
- Support the Global Finance Services Organization by using new technology and providing guidance for the implementation for new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- Progressively Accounting or Finance experience, including cost accounting and budget development
- CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred
