Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis & modeling, business analytics, consulting, or a combination
- At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
Responsibilities
- Main finance partner for the Auto Finance CTO
- Attract, manage, coach, and develop junior analysts
- Create connections across the team and organization to drive collaboration
- Ownership of budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility
- Leverage sound business judgment to evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations
- Accurately analyze & explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory
- Provide strategic insights and suggest actions to business and finance partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering) or military experience
- Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Certified Finance Manager (CFM) certification
- At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL, Python, or a combination
- At least 7 years of experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or a combination
- At least 5 years experience in financial services, banking or technology industries
- At least 3 years experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
