Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of dynamic experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance roles, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrated experience partnering with operational or non-financial business divisions, ideally within procurement or supply chain environments
- Shown success handling budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning in sophisticated or matrixed organizations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong command of Oracle Financial Planning, Hyperion, SmartView, and/or comparable tools
- Proven understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls within a global business context
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill sophisticated financial information into strategic mentorship for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines while delivering high-quality, accurate results
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., TM1) is helpful
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, including internationally
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to the SVP of Global Procurement, providing strategic guidance to drive cost competitiveness, operational excellence, and long-term financial value across procurement functions
- Run financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Lead all aspects of $35M in procurement costs across a global organization of 230+ employees
- Lead executive-level financial reporting, including monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and savings tracking for key procurement initiatives (e.g., Boost-Up workstreams). Translate sophisticated financial data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Partner with procurement and regional finance leaders to ensure savings initiatives are financially sound, aligned to business strategy, and accurately reflected in financial statements
- Build and maintain a controlled environment aligned with IFRS and corporate financial policies. Be responsible for financial governance across procurement operations
- Act as a proactive, trusted advisor to procurement leadership, driving data-informed decisions and embedding financial control into procurement strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives
- Own the development of new tools, dashboards, and analytics to increase clarity and efficiency. Champion automation, outstanding practices, and the use of sophisticated systems including Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView, and Excel
- Coordinate with global teams across Procurement, Finance, Controlling, and Shared Services to ensure alignment, streamline consolidation efforts, and support strategic priorities
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, process improvement, and excellence in business partnership
