Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IAM experience, including 3+ years managing IAM teams or functions.
- Proven ability to drive strategic IAM initiatives, balancing security, scalability, and user experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions in complex, hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to identity and access.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) functions.
- Design and implement scalable access control models (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, SoD) and lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
- Collaborate with Security, IT, HR, and Compliance to align identity practices with identity strategy, organizational policy, business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals while driving continuous improvement in access governance, automation, and audit readiness.
- Monitor emerging technologies and threats to ensure a strong, adaptive identity security posture.
