Requirements

  • 4+ years of enablement or leadership development experience
  • Sales Training & Coaching: The ability to design and deliver training programs that help sales teams improve their skills and performance
  • Communication Skills: Strong group facilitation, written communication, and active listening abilities to clearly lead training sessions and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
  • Adaptability: The ability to adjust enablement strategies and materials based on team needs, industry changes, or shifts in business goals
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and tracking progress using the Kirkpatrick Model in partnership with performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and impactful learning experiences that build both competence and confidence for new Sales and Account Manager hires
  • Lead a dynamic onboarding journey, coaching new hires on core sales competencies
  • Manage all logistics of the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new hires
  • Provide monthly performance updates, tracking the post onboarding progress of new hires in the field and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
