Requirements

• More than 10 years of management experience
• Automotive Aftermarket and OES experience
• University degree or similar required
• Ability to develop senior level managers and provide mentoring
• English language proficiency, Spanish and further languages preferred
• Strong adaptiveness an understanding of cultures
• Strong business skills (Sales, Logistics, Supply, Program Management)
• Travel (50%)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the company’s aftermarket business
• Set goals, define growth strategies, and ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives
• Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends
• Responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts, develop sales strategies, manage distribution channels, and promote products/services
• Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, including supply chain management, inventory control, and optimizing processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Lead a team, effective leadership, talent development, and fostering a positive work culture
• Adapt to technological advancements, changing consumer preferences, and market disruptions
• Understand industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Have a global mindset while focusing on North America
