Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization and integration.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management and/or technical background to deliver enterprise-level platforms.
- Preferable experience in working within B2B and B2B2C organizations and integration between enterprise Finance, Supply Chain and/or e-Commerce solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot Agents.
- Proven experience in working with a modern, enterprise integration layer or integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).
- Experience in Agile software development environment operating at scale managing multiple concurrent teams, SAFe Agile is a plus.
- Strong leadership in working within a cross-functional organization to coordinate development, dependencies and risks for product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision for the Caterpillar ERP template and develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Build and lead a team of 4-5 product managers specializing in Sales, Supply Chain, Service, Parts & Warranty, and Rental Management.
- Act as the lead product manager for the development of the Caterpillar ERP template.
- Partner with Microsoft and our Systems Implementation Partner to define specific requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP tailored for our industry.
- Collaborate with Caterpillar, Caterpillar Dealers, and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications.
- Act as the Voice of the Dealer throughout the development process, ensuring the requirements from our stakeholders and end-users are incorporated in the ERP product.
- Oversee the ERP implementation to ensure it meets specifications and Caterpillar quality, security and usability standards.
- Conduct User Acceptance Training of the ERP with end-users throughout product lifecycle. Certify the ERP product (and capabilities) meets acceptance criteria, while prioritizing / remediating any issues through release cycles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Cat Digital leads, external vendors and Caterpillar Dealers.
- Work in conjunction with the Dealer Advisory Board to identify opportunities to improve Dealer processes, drive operational consistency through the ERP template and identify change management requirements for the Dealers.
- Collaborate with Training department to deliver user training programs, provide ongoing support and address user issues / enhancement requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred ERP modules include but are not limited to Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Field Service, Customer Insights, Customer Engagement, and Customer Service.
- Experience in Dealer and / or Rental industry is a plus.
