Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 5 years experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years experience in marketing or related field
  • Very strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the always-on digital planning lead across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display channels, responsible for delivering on Walmart annual GMV and Traffic objectives
  • Lead annual, quarterly, and ad hoc spend forecasting process with an eye toward delivering accurate KPI performance projections
  • Provide thought leadership for Evergreen campaigns, ensuring Walmart strategic initiatives are integrated throughout channels
  • Utilize data and insights to create meaningful strategies and impactful testing plans, collaborating across teams and strategic business units
  • Share weekly performance reporting updates, providing strong numbers-based insights and offering accountability for channel delivery toward business targets
  • Cultivate relationships across the business, aligning key stakeholders to Evergreen priorities and approach, clearly communicating business objectives and performance
  • Monitor business performance and optimize channel allocations and tactics to meet marketing and business goals
  • Develop net new channel capabilities and functionality to support emerging business needs through rigorous, always-on test and learn strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in performance media
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams and influencing Cross functional partners like Merchandising, Creative, Media, Insights
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics
