Requirements
- 7+ years of Digital Marketing experience within financial services, a startup or with a highly innovative brand
- Demonstrated experience building and evolving a differentiated successful online brand in a highly competitive and fast-paced space
- Experience leading successful large scale digital marketing projects to support business targets
- Demonstrated track record of client focus and strategic thinking (“why” in addition to ”what”)
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, supportive way in cross-functional teams and across the organization while being a change-agent who can adapt and thrive with a rapidly evolving category, as well as an ambiguous, agile and changing environment
- Proven ability to influence, work across and inspire greatness in a high complex organization, including at all levels of management
- Strong leadership, exceptional storytelling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for innovation and challenging status quo with an emphasis on stakeholder management and obtaining buy in from various teams and seniority levels through influence, partnering and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Design, mobilize, lead and implement digital marketing strategy for individual strategic projects
- Own the translation of brand strategy into impactful and actionable product digital marketing strategies across owned channels
- Be a subject matter expert on digital marketing best practices and digital client experience trends, which you will leverage to inform digital brand evolution, the online product marketing strategy and insight driven approaches, sparking the development of innovative opportunities and testing
- Navigate complexity through working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization including internal and external partners from ideation, strategy development and execution to deliver superior outcomes
- Create high impact digital marketing assets by leveraging new technologies, data and processes to optimize the effort required to produce content while optimizing and personalizing the client experience with a channel appropriate focus
- Achieve optimization across the entire online funnel, delivering on business goals and maximizing ROI
- Support Search Engine Optimization strategy in collaboration with the SEO and product teams to drive revenue by increasing the number of qualified visitors to investments public sites, developing new tracking and reporting capabilities for the sites
- Lead and inspire a high performing team fostering a culture with a growth mindset, passion for creativity / continuous / bold thinking, experimentation, solution orientation and intrinsic curiosity
