Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Marketing within a related industry
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across national retailers, preferably Amazon
  • Strong business acumen, superior analytical skills, and the ability to translate data initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and managing agency partners
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce and associated merchandising/marketing tactics
  • Deep understanding of Amazon sales channel and customer base
  • Strong presentation skills (including building effective presentation materials)
  • Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, V-look-ups, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop Paid Media strategy with Account Sales Leader and Product Management Teams
  • Direct agency to implement advertising campaigns, review, and communicate results
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics and business priorities
  • Oversee product detail page launches at Amazon, including new ASIN setup and detail page updates based on available assets
  • Increase Amazon organic SOV by employing BIC SEO/content practices and maintaining a close pulse on customer search behavior
  • Manage storefront content and banners, including strategic planning, creation, cross-functional alignment, submission, and evaluation
  • Manage content optimization for key events such as Prime Day
  • Relentless optimize marketing investments and resources
  • Objectively benchmark key performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Other duties as assigned
