Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Marketing within a related industry
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across national retailers, preferably Amazon
- Strong business acumen, superior analytical skills, and the ability to translate data initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience managing marketing budgets and managing agency partners
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and associated merchandising/marketing tactics
- Deep understanding of Amazon sales channel and customer base
- Strong presentation skills (including building effective presentation materials)
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, V-look-ups, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop Paid Media strategy with Account Sales Leader and Product Management Teams
- Direct agency to implement advertising campaigns, review, and communicate results
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics and business priorities
- Oversee product detail page launches at Amazon, including new ASIN setup and detail page updates based on available assets
- Increase Amazon organic SOV by employing BIC SEO/content practices and maintaining a close pulse on customer search behavior
- Manage storefront content and banners, including strategic planning, creation, cross-functional alignment, submission, and evaluation
- Manage content optimization for key events such as Prime Day
- Relentless optimize marketing investments and resources
- Objectively benchmark key performance metrics and implement improvements
- Other duties as assigned
