Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation
- Experience in customer segmentation optimization using SQL or decision tree
- Experience in prescriptive analytics using Tableau
- Experience in machine learning algorithms using Python or R
- Experience in statistical analysis using SAS or Power BI
- Experience in test and design of experiment using Enterprise Miner and machine learning
- Experience in statistical modeling & application using SAS or Python
- Experience in financial impact analysis using Excel or SQL
Responsibilities
- Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problem into analytical framework(s)
- Independently recommends actions and provides business insights
- Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems
