Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations or related; subscription business or retention marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience in SQL and/or Excel
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Experience defining scope and vision from ambiguous problems
  • Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions

Responsibilities

  • Own DashPass Canada business end-to-end
  • Lead a new initiative
  • Run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention
  • Dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail
  • Author long-term strategy roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans to hit business OKRs
  • Implement ideas into scalable products and provide a world-class operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in subscription business or retention marketing is a plus
  • Enjoy solving different types of problems and thinking outside of the box
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them to work
  • Bias towards action, being scrappy, and ability to pivot when learning new information
