Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, or in finance or consulting
  • Strong communication skills across a wide dynamic range, both written and verbal. Experience interfacing with company leadership and executives is a must, with an ability to cultivate trust. Demonstrated ability to translate and articulate thoughts clearly and simply across a wide range of roles (finance partners, engineering, recruiters, cross functional leadership, and executives)
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights that support business objectives
  • Proven track record of being self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t wait on others to solve problems, you proactively step into the gap to propose solutions yourself
  • Ownership mentality with a natural bias to assume responsibility. We empower our team to quickly assume high levels of responsibility and entrust them to actively own projects and shape their success
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Use your quantitative and qualitative skill set to lead strategic initiatives and special projects that drive efficiency across the business. This includes driving Anduril’s Annual and Long Range Planning processes
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Business Development, Business Operations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to refine and enhance reporting capabilities across the business, improving strategic planning and supporting informed decision-making
  • Employ advanced data analytics to distill complex information into compelling, clear narratives to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
  • Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery
