Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related fields (such as management consulting or business operations)
- Strong Excel skills (required)
- Prior people-management experience
- A proven ability to build complex financial models and integrated forecasts from scratch
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, including experience crafting clear, compelling narratives and financial decks for senior executives
Responsibilities
- Be the primary finance advisor to the Strategy organization’s leaders and help shape and influence key strategic and operational decisions (e.g., new compliance programs, litigation strategy, policy rollouts)
- Lead financial planning and forecasting for the Strategy org, driving discipline in resource allocation and spend management
- Build robust financial models to project costs, headcount, and ROI for policy and legal projects, and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Help define and track key metrics (e.g., operational efficiency metrics, risk indicators) and build dashboards/scorecards to drive data-informed discussions
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment on strategic initiatives and seamless integration of finance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools for extracting and visualizing data is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity about the evolving AI policy and regulatory environment, with a continuous drive to improve processes and personal capabilities
