Requirements
- Top tier undergraduate degree, MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years in corporate development, venture capital, private equity or investment banking with a technology focus (preferably at growing SaaS companies)
- Demonstrated track record of leading M&A activities or investments at a technology company
- Ability to drive cross-dept. collaboration and coordination of execution and integration activities
- Strong skills in strategic and quantitative analysis, project management, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills
- Driven self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver accurate work product on time
- Network of industry contacts, venture capital firms and investment banking/advisory executives to increase Qlik’s ability to identify and source opportunities

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders on strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria, with an emphasis on deal execution
- Manage driving the overall corporate development pipeline, including sourcing new opportunities and managing and evaluating inbound opportunities
- Manage M&A transactions through execution, negotiation, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation
- Routinely make strategic recommendations and contribute to the team’s thought leadership on inorganic growth
- Create detailed, sophisticated transaction execution roadmaps and project plans
- Work with integration lead to monitor post-acquisition integration planning/execution
