Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, behavioral science, or related field; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, with extensive expertise in brand health tracking, creative testing, innovation learning, and AI technologies for market research.
- Direct experience in a CPG manufacturer is preferred; experience in market research agencies is a plus.
- Proven track record in developing innovative solutions to resolve business challenges.
- Strong leadership skills that enhance organizational performance through original thinking.
- Confident and poised under pressure, with the ability to influence others effectively.
Responsibilities
- Help define and implement a strategic roadmap for insight capabilities aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge methodologies—AI applications, behavioral science, neuroscience, and predictive tools.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, and analytics to turn insights into action.
- Equip our insights team with the tools, skills, and mindset to operate at the leading edge of consumer understanding.
- Manage rollout of new capabilities with rigor—from partner management to internal adoption and success tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in a CPG manufacturer is preferred; experience in market research agencies is a plus.
