Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key insights from data
- Adaptive and motivated to execute efficiently
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- BA or BS, Advanced Degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in market research within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors and data sources
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies
- Develop research tools for data collection, including screeners, surveys, and discussion guides
- Collect, organize, and analyze market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics for relevant indications
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key research insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with MR Team to deliver insights to cross-functional internal stakeholders and senior leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (competitive intelligence, marketing, medical, analytics, field team members) to align market research findings with business strategies and objectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, progress, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule
- Maintain a structured filing system for project documents, ensuring clarity and accessible to team members
- Contribute to an innovative culture that strives for out-of-the-box thinking and creative approaches to commercial insights utilizing primary and secondary tools
- Seek opportunities to co-create with internal and external stakeholders in efforts to achieve insights excellence
