Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • BA or BS, Advanced Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in market research within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors and data sources

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies
  • Develop research tools for data collection, including screeners, surveys, and discussion guides
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics for relevant indications
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key research insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with MR Team to deliver insights to cross-functional internal stakeholders and senior leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (competitive intelligence, marketing, medical, analytics, field team members) to align market research findings with business strategies and objectives
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, progress, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Maintain a structured filing system for project documents, ensuring clarity and accessible to team members
  • Contribute to an innovative culture that strives for out-of-the-box thinking and creative approaches to commercial insights utilizing primary and secondary tools
  • Seek opportunities to co-create with internal and external stakeholders in efforts to achieve insights excellence
