Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
- 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
- Understanding of site metrics and levers
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
Responsibilities
- Help to identify opportunities and develop rigorous process to support the development of new verticals
- Setting the strategic direction for business extensions, executing on initiatives critical to the success of the LocalFinds program with necessary cross-functional partners
- Owning the operational strategy for innovation and new verticals on LocalFinds, building foundations, driving cross-functional support, and ensuring end-to-end site enablement
- Streamlining processes and workflows to embed best-in-class practices across the team, elevating the overall customer experience
