Requirements
- Project Management experience (at least 5+ years) in Medicare
- Strong Medicare/Regulatory Guidance knowledge
- Demonstration of strong oral and written communication skills
- Adept at problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Possess a growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others)
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful planning and execution of projects
- Work with multiple business partners to breakdown complex issues and mitigate operational risks
- Apply critical thinking to collaborate cross functionally across the enterprise to determine solutions for compliance and operational gaps
- Monitor implementation of mitigation plans
- Validate that all business process improvements are successful
- Communicate with senior leadership and executives to ensure applicable regulations are followed concisely
Preferred Qualifications
- Medicare operations experience
- Aetna systems experience
- Medicare compliance experience
- QuickBase experience
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
