Requirements
- 5+ years consulting experience in relevant Development Impact and Impact Measurement and Management required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and client handling skills
- Deep expertise and experience in relevant Development Impact and Impact Measurement and Management
- Fluency in English
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities
- Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
- Driving client development efforts, ranging from supporting proposals, ongoing client discussions, or workshops.
- Engaging senior stakeholders and client team members – owning client conversations, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
- Leading projects in a highly effective manner with ability to orchestrate team resources to meet goals
- Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members and junior colleagues
- Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with consulting experience preferred
