Requirements

  • Proven success in reimagining and scaling onboarding or customer experience journeys
  • Strong data analysis skills — comfortable diving into BI tools, building dashboards, and making data-driven decisions
  • Deep experience with strategic journey mapping, segmentation, and experience design methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and visual mediums — both advisor-facing and internal
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Agile and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup or tech environment
  • Confident, self-motivated, and personable — able to drive progress independently

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the advisor onboarding experience — from kick-off calls to cohort training and everything in between — ensuring advisors are set up for success in their first 60 days
  • Analyze onboarding metrics (activation, certifications, booking behavior, retention, and more) to continuously evolve and refine the journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to bring onboarding elements (e.g., checklists, communications, and workflows) to life in the advisor platform
  • Partner with the training team to ensure onboarding curriculum and cadence aligns with advisor needs
  • Work with the membership and sales funnel teams to optimize the transition from pre- to post-join and to better understand the incoming advisor pipeline
  • Coordinate with data and strategy functions to segment advisors and define leading indicators of early success
  • Host and facilitate kick-off calls, onboarding cohorts, and activation meetings — directly interacting with new advisors
  • Translate insights into product recommendations, communication strategies, and scalable improvements
  • Serve as the go-to authority for onboarding experience and performance KPIs across the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in travel or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with advisor/agent-based business models
