Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
- 4 years’ experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Manager level associates; guiding the team from a strategic standpoint and developing your associates.
- Responsible for inventory productivity/outcomes through specified ordering channels.
- Work with leadership to understand goals and key business challenges, develop hypotheses, and create tactical research plans.
- Own work streams and individual projects end-to-end, managing risks associated with implementation and inventory outcomes.
- Address complex business problems using advanced analytics, make strategic recommendations, and manage data analysis strategy.
- Collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions.
- Work closely with cross functional technical teams to create/develop new features to improve inventory outcomes.
- Work alongside cross functional teams on the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready algorithms/approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing inventory and ordering throughout a multi-tier supply chain network.
- Expertise in the eCommerce retail space.
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics, preferably in a retail or merchandising environment.
- Excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in project management, risk management, and people development.
- Strong analytical skills and are proficient in model development, data collection, and analysis.
