Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts within a digital agency and ideally with experience in the automotive sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Experience being accountable for the delivery of projects and outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Deep understanding of business processes, financial acumen, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience leading teams and managing finances.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Familiarity with digital tools and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Awareness and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds, with the ability to tailor communication and engagement accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and helping to shape solutions to meet their goals.
- Maintain high standards of client relations, engagement, and communications.
- Expand the stakeholder network by introducing CI&T to new teams and departments.
- Collaborate with external partners and other agencies to enhance the overall service delivery for the client and improve client satisfaction.
- Attend cross-partner / agency meetings as the CI&T representative.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure alignment with client objectives and project timelines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ranging from small project proposals through to larger-scale RFPs.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a compelling, well-structured approach.
- Develop comprehensive account development plans to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue streams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Share knowledge and insights through presentations and blog posts, with both client and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and familiarity with current trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
