Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in auditing, general accounting, controllership and/or other financial roles with a multi-national company
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to express own ideas as well as develop and elaborate on others’ ideas
- Must demonstrate drive and willingness to accept responsibility
Responsibilities
- Own the T&O (Tools & Outdoor) Controllership licensing process for T&O globally (over 200 licensing partners with approximately $100M of revenue)
- Review and analyze new licensing proposals and changes or amendments to existing agreements
- Support global data collection and analysis of results
- Reconcile balance sheet activity against 3rd party licensing administrator reports
- Timely follow-up on aged receivables working with Licensing Brand Managers and Operations Manager to execute actions to reduce bad debt
- Ensure and drive 100% compliance with all SBD and T&O accounting policies and US GAAP
- Partner with Licensing Brand Managers and Operations Manager on key licensing processes
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions
- Lead finance transformation initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements
- Support Special Projects outside of Licensing as they arise
