Requirements
- 8+ years experience developing and delivering on-demand, VILT and ILT learning (scripts and self-serve resources as well as designing e-learning solutions using a combination of media, including text, graphics, animation, audio, video, and interactive facilitated content)
- Experience in partner or customer learning in enterprise software
- Experience in backwards design
- Experience in social and gamified learning
- Experience in assessment design
- Comfortable driving learning outcomes for generative AI
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and UX design principles
- Experience with common tools for design, authoring, voice-over and video creation
Responsibilities
- Create learning journeys for partners to up-level their sales and technical skills
- Design and develop written, video, and interactive content for self-service, live and virtual instructor-led, and tailored delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to up-level existing education for technical and sales partner personas
- Identify and fill gaps in our learning materials
- Deeply empathize with the challenges our partners face and advocate for new and exciting opportunities to meet their needs through education
- Use research-informed instructional strategies to design content
- Build an assessment and feedback culture that informs decisions with data
- Craft strong relationships across stakeholders
