Responsibilities
- Assesses leadership and individual contributor training needs through data analysis, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and internal procedure requirements by engaging with HR stakeholders and business leaders.
- Researches, develops, and facilitates effective learning experiences to enhance management readiness using appropriate industry best practices for content delivery.
- Establishes collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships that drive performance and meets the strategic initiatives of client groups.
- Identifies development opportunities and creates tools to enhance employee skillsets and knowledge, fostering a highly skilled workforce that positively impacts productivity and business results.
- Researches and adapts third-party content for use in creating and deploying facilitator-led and eLearning focused on leadership and emerging leader development. Optimizes the HR training portfolio to target learning opportunities to appropriate audiences.
- Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts learning to ensure effectiveness and relevancy. Recommends and develops alternative solutions if expected improvements are not seen.
- Works on various technologies, including Workday Learning Management System (LMS), Canva, SOLE intranet survey tools, Articulate, and other tools as needed.
- Additional projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in similar field is preferred.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Canva and Workday LMS preferred.
