Requirements

  • 15+ years of instructional design expertise in corporate learning, with a strong focus on sales enablement and experience supporting global sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE, Agile/SAM, and Design Thinking), and content strategy, aligning with Pinterest’s innovative culture.
  • Experience developing scalable learning programs that empower sales teams to excel.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality training solutions on time within Pinterest’s dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, engaging, and instructionally sound content that supports Pinterest’s sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic learning programs that align with Pinterest’s business goals, ensuring proficiency and engagement across our global sales organization.
  • Create high-impact learning experiences using various modalities such as eLearning, video, in-person and virtual training, simulations, AI-driven learning paths, and microlearning—all with a focus on enabling our sales teams.
  • Develop multimedia-rich learning content, including interactive courses, scenario-based simulations, assessments, videos, podcasts, and presentations, tailored to Pinterest’s unique needs.
  • Leverage tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Vyond, and After Effects to produce top-quality training materials that resonate with Pinterest’s brand and culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to assess training needs, define success metrics, and influence Pinterest’s learning strategies.
  • Manage large-scale learning initiatives, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery within Pinterest’s fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize data and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness, iterate on content, and continuously improve learner outcomes, aligning with Pinterest’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
