3+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some form, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching / mentoring
Experience managing multiple projects
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Communicating and interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Facilitate the maintenance of consistent and high-quality learning and development resources for the Quality Function
Facilitate Executive level leadership meetings, using excellent judgement in terms of how to navigate agendas to ensure objectives are accomplished, while demonstrating polished presentation skills
Work with leadership and team to develop and implement long and short-term functional learning strategies
Develop and execute project and process improvement plans
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and future business climate, including awareness and knowledge of the wider company learning infrastructure and our global learning strategy
Apply modern and innovative learning methodologies to support a rapidly developing function
Other special projects as assigned
