Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, project management, or laboratory operations.
- Experience managing large, global Phase I–IV clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and central laboratory operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and centralized laboratory systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and execution of complex, global clinical trial projects from initiation through closeout.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Review study protocols and budgets, and develop comprehensive project and risk management plans.
- Guide the development of laboratory specifications, manuals, and study-specific documentation.
- Monitor project performance, manage scope changes, and proactively resolve service-related issues.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic input and fostering strong client relationships.
- Mentor and support the Project Services team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and technical reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
