Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in labor relations or a related field, with experience in collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance procedures, and dispute resolution.
- 10+ years of progressive HR and leadership experience.
