Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Jira administration, in either Cloud or Data Center environments and a bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience (9+ years total work experience).
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven understanding of ITSM concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom workflows, fields, and automation to optimize processes and support business needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features or improvements in Jira.
- Implement technical and business solutions within the Atlassian platform.
- Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Linux server administration, or Groovy scripting.
- Experience supporting operations teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
