Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Electronic Engineering or a related field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience
  • Six (6) years of experience (or eight (8) years in the alternative with a Bachelors) must include: Analyzing business requirements and creating detailed technical specifications in Workday
  • Participating in project planning and resourcing
  • Responsible for fluency in Web Services standards and technologies, including XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, Java, .Net, SQL, and SSIS technologies
  • Analyzing Interface File Layout
  • Utilizing Web Services, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service Oriented Architecture Concepts (SOA)
  • Leading design sessions and performing code reviews
  • Implementing and integrating ERP software including Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP
  • Performing core and historical data conversion and validation from legacy systems into Workday
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in the Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting teams to gather requirements, test and deploy integrations
  • Designing and implementing data management solutions with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and flows
  • Providing guidance on integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Offer clients strategic thinking, technical expertise and support in the end-to-end implementation of HR information systems
  • Ensure that client programs and processes are aligned with the new system develop configuration plans, manage data transformation, and provide go-live assistance and ongoing support
  • Utilize Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles and common Workday integration Design Patterns
  • Build, test, and deploy integrations that enable the team to speak with authority, mentor junior consultants, and consult with clients
  • Architect and manage integration delivery with clients and internal developers on various client-size engagements
  • Responsible for the quality of the Integration Deliverables, including technical build and documentation
  • Coordinate with onshore and virtual team to deliver on engagements
  • Responsible for coaching, counselling, and performance management of direct reports.
