Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS systems administration, Access management, API Integrations, Source Code Management Tools (e.g. Git Hub, Bit Bucket etc)
- Strong hands-on experience with Webservices, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, OIDC and Webhooks.
- Strong experience with scripting and writing automation (e.g., RAML, YAML, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell etc).
- Knowledge of ITSM, IAM tools (e.g. Jira), identity systems (e.g., Okta), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in a fast-paced, cloud-native, SaaS-first environment.
- Experience working with enterprise data integrations involving HRIS, finance, ERP, or IAM systems.
- Strong communication, Systems Architecture and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SaaS ERP, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, NetSuite, etc.) and internal applications.
- Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware connectors using integration platforms or custom code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, Finance, HR, etc.) to identify integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Manage lifecycle of SaaS applications including onboarding, configuration, SSO integration, and offboarding.
- Ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and scalable in line with IT governance policies and security standards.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for integration and scalability.
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data flows between applications.
- Efficiently handle day-to-day IT Operation tickets while also ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems, networks, and SaaS platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve users technical issues via ticketing system, chat, phone, or in person.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, integration points, and support procedures.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on key projects.
