Requirements
- Effective Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear and concise terms to non-technical audiences, including senior and executive management, as well as internal customers.
- Hands-On Implementation Experience: 8+ years of proven hands-on experience in implementing Enterprise Technologies, particularly ERP and HRIS systems, Clinical Development systems, and modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Clinical Trial Management, Drug Safety, IVR, and EDC.
- Extensive Enterprise IT Experience: 12+ years of comprehensive experience in Enterprise IT within mid-size or larger organizations, preferably in the Pharma/BioTech sector.
- Architectural Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, or similar Architecture frameworks, demonstrating a solid understanding of best practices in IT service management and enterprise architecture.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand and document the functional, non-functional, and operational requirements that underpin our Enterprise Applications.
- Proof of Concept Leadership: Spearhead the evaluation of emerging technologies and vendor solutions through hands-on proof-of-concept exercises.
- Full Application Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the entire application lifecycle for our Enterprise and Departmental Applications.
- API and Integration Management: Manage and oversee the complex environment of API and application integrations, both internally and with external partners.
- Performance Optimization and SLA Adherence: Drive continuous performance improvements across our application portfolio.
- Threat Detection and Response: Partner with the InfoSec team to implement proactive threat detection mechanisms.
- Access Management and Service Management: Develop and implement fine-grained access controls and optimized service management workflows within the application.
- Data Analysis and Operations: Perform routine data analysis and execute data operations as required to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Automation and Scripting: Leverage automation techniques and develop custom scripts to streamline data manipulation and analysis.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop comprehensive documentation, including management procedures and implementation guides.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the ever-evolving landscape of enterprise applications and architecture.
