Requirements
- 6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in Infrastructure & Operations
- Demonstrated strong leadership and experience mentoring teams and leading cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to balance project and operational work within a technology or IT-focused team
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and hands-on project management using agile principles
- Skilled in work management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills
- Ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and align stakeholders effectively
- Strong strategic planning and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally supporting healthcare or government contracts, with understanding of compliance
- Ability to lead remote teams effectively and occasional travel for strategic planning
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a roadmap for projects and operations, using agile planning, and managing vendor communication
- Coordinating requests, communicating updates, and facilitating roadmap presentations with stakeholders
- Leading agile practices like sprints and retrospectives to ensure progress
- Developing and adjusting resource plans based on project needs and operational demands
- Streamlining processes and using feedback to enhance team practices and efficiency
