Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Lead coordinator in managing and delegating the daily workload to the IC team
  • Assists in the training and coaching of new and tenured IC coordinators
  • Communicates with Client Relationship Managers to help prepare for and run client Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Evaluates quantity discrepancies and quality issues, such as damaged products and enters issues into database and contacts clients to identify and resolve the issue
  • Researches and resolves count variances to ensure accurate inventory records and identify potential areas of improvement in the process
  • Communicates daily with clients via email to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed
  • Audits and verifies all inbound receipt documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Processes inventory moves and adjustments per client request
  • Works with all operational and business departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all daily and weekly tasks, including all KPIs
  • Participates in and runs client inventory audits
