Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in interaction design and in product or UX design.

Responsibilities
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
- Deliver high-quality designs that are simple, cohesive and holistic balancing users and business needs from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
- Push creativity, establish thinking, and develop new approaches to design problems while ensuring designs support a systematic design approach to reuse including alignment with Google wide design standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience in platform design or knowledge of system, web, and app design especially across form factors and platforms.
- Ability to plan and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all within a user-centered design process.
- Ability to balance user needs and business goals, and to be an advocate for the user while aligning with the direction of the business.
