Requirements
- Self-motivated, technically competent Veeam Inside Systems Engineer
- Industry-based experience in storage, networking, security, and virtualization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present to large groups
- 25% travel within the assigned territory is required
Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations and presentations tailored for varying numbers and levels of decision makers including C-level audiences
- Implement and manage POCs to technical closure
- Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.
- Collaborate with the customer/partner to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on data resiliency
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position our offerings effectively against competitors in discussions with varying levels of decision makers
- Work closely with the sales department to secure new partners and customers
- Work closely with Product Management to provide customer feedback
- Provide pre-sales support to customers as they evaluate Veeam software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer role, engaging with mid-market accounts a plus
- Experience with cloud and/or SaaS solutions is a plus
