Requirements
- US Citizenship
- 5+ years of experience with identity and access management technologies, including single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Familiarity with AWS IAM, Kubernetes, Okta, Terraform, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2, and/or Azure Entra ID
- Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with various technical teams
- Demonstrated success in leading cybersecurity projects and coordinating with other technical teams
- Keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking
- BS+ in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-level Access Control, Provisioning, and SSO solutions
- Lead, innovate, and architect the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program
- Configure and manage access permissions and roles, including provisioning, modification, time-based access, and de-provisioning
- Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to integrate and operate IAM protocols seamlessly
- Strengthen security posture through robust IAM practices
- Optimize internal processes to enable technical teams to focus on their core responsibilities without access-related hindrances
- Create and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Manage IAM-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
