Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business partner role within tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Understanding of engineering roles, functions, and industry-specific challenges to effectively support the engineering team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience in leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Facilitate performance management processes that align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify and execute initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to implement training solutions that align with business needs.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership that highlight key HR initiatives and outcomes.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, ensuring a culture of respect and belonging.
- Implement programs and policies that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Work closely with other HR functions (e.g., compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent development) to ensure cohesive HR practices.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
