Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers to execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate performance management processes that align employee goals with organizational objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to implement training solutions that align with business needs.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership that highlight key HR initiatives and outcomes.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, ensuring a culture of respect and belonging.
  • Implement programs and policies that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Work closely with other HR functions (e.g., compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent development) to ensure cohesive HR practices.
