Requirements
- Depth of experience with and appreciation for customer service, support, and engagement
- At least 5 years experience working with hardware and/or microelectronics within the Semiconductor industry
- Experience in PCB layout/schematic design using Altium
- A basic understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) component design
- Experience with RF lab instruments (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes, antenna analyzers, etc.)
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing any questions or issues to enhance customer satisfaction as well as increasing design wins in the Consumer space.
- Validating new devices on the bench to ensure device meets specifications for the application(s). Ability to use lab equipment such as but not limited to multimeters, oscilloscopes, and waveform generators to test the device from internal and external (customer) requests.
- Create and develop evaluation boards that allow customers to evaluate our sensing products.
- Create guidelines for customers and the field to properly use our device.
- Work closely with other application engineers, marketing, design as well as product/test to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed to provide high performance products.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in consumer products and where we can incorporate innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise with capacitive sensing technology or related sensors
- Experience with Sensor Fusion
- Experience with the following communication interfaces SPI, I2C, 1-Wire, UART, I3C and MIPI RFFE
