Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Finance team that provides consolidated financial reporting and advice to partners across the Business and Finance
  • Provide support to business leaders in developing strategic priorities and defining long-term business objectives
  • Preparing and overseeing in-depth performance analysis and metrics on business profitability
  • Contribute to strategy and long-term planning activities of TDS CIB
  • Provide oversight to historical and projected client profitability models for the CIB business
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders across TDS business and product teams
  • Promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, innovation, creativity, analysis, and advice

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA/CA/CFA designation would be an asset
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Work effectively with senior executives
  • Highly motivated, pro-active self-starter with strong time management aptitude
  • Strong organizational awareness
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the status quo
  • Knowledge of the Bank’s financial reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion, FRS, PSGL), MS Office and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx)
