- Strong knowledge of Finance and TDS organization, data, processes, technology and tools
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Finance team that provides consolidated financial reporting and advice to partners across the Business and Finance
- Provide support to business leaders in developing strategic priorities and defining long-term business objectives
- Preparing and overseeing in-depth performance analysis and metrics on business profitability
- Contribute to strategy and long-term planning activities of TDS CIB
- Provide oversight to historical and projected client profitability models for the CIB business
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders across TDS business and product teams
- Promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, innovation, creativity, analysis, and advice
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA/CA/CFA designation would be an asset
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Work effectively with senior executives
- Highly motivated, pro-active self-starter with strong time management aptitude
- Strong organizational awareness
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders
- Superior ability to influence and motivate others
- Ability to negotiate, problem solve and make decisions
- Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the status quo
- Knowledge of the Bank’s financial reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion, FRS, PSGL), MS Office and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx)
