Senior Graphic Designer

4-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years’ work experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency
Proficiency in all applicable MAC software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; MS Office)
Must have an eye for color, detail, typography and composition
Strong conceptual and creative thinker with the ability to generate big ideas
360° thinker with consumer touchpoint awareness — online, social media and in-store
Experience with preparing graphics for print / pre-pressing artwork
Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience with digital advertisement and E-Commerce graphic design
Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples required

Collaborating with art directors and brand strategists to develop engaging visuals and graphics content for various platforms
Concepting and executing: E-commerce graphics, social media graphics, digital ads, e-mail graphics, in-store displays and merchandising for retailers, packaging templates, event and tradeshow graphics and traditional print sales collateral
Ensuring all necessary information is provided before starting a project
Maintaining consistent representation of our brands in the market
Establishing and maintaining various graphics templates and visual guidelines for our brands
Collaborating with cross-functional creative teams (copywriters, digital visualizers, photographers)
Organizing and maintaining graphic assets and artwork files
Work alongside other internal graphic design teams on select projects to provide project oversight, art direction and feedback
Interpret creative briefs to create customer-focused positioning and creative
Use brand guidelines to design brand-accurate marketing materials
