Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HCM or ERP software consulting or as a HCM or ERP practitioner on deployments for medium to large enterprises
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration and functional experience in core HCM and Security
- 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or serving as a dedicated Workday Domain Expert (SME) within an organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required

- Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, plus the benefits and risks of design decisions
- Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects

- Share expertise with customers on a variety of Ask-an-Expert requests by conducting research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts
- Delivering small scope consulting in response to customer requests; providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks
- Troubleshooting product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements
- Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers
- Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Review, and Health Check
- Additional Services that our consultants deliver include Collaboration Crews, Accelerator Webinars, Feature Accelerator, and Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex HR systems and processes, with a strong aptitude for acquiring in-depth product knowledge of Workday and its new features
- Workday certified or a proven ability to obtain relevant certifications and effectively deploy Workday solutions
- Proven experience in effectively influencing, interacting, and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead design discussions towards collaborative and effective outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Experience with global Workday implementations, demonstrating an understanding of diverse HR practices and considerations
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently, showcasing strong task management and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, facilitate decision-making, and develop effective solutions
- Experience in conducting effective requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- A proactive approach to change making, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the adoption of new processes or features
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive client partnerships
- Demonstrated accountability for achieving defined goals and taking ownership of outcomes
