Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
- Strong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions and departments
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to lead core processes across a hybrid team
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data
Responsibilities
- Model key assumptions for new market entry, including labor availability, driver acquisition needs, driver wage expectations, and service times.
- Create business cases for new capabilities, highlighting strategic and financial value to ensure an acceptable return.
- Conduct benchmarking of operational and financial results across product lines, markets, and competitors.
- Be a trusted advisor to business partners, highlighting opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and present annual goal and quarterly forecasts to program stakeholders and finance leadership.
