Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, with a focus on ERP systems such as NewSuite, Oracle or SAP.
- 2+ years of experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
- Experienced with financial concepts, including GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in a financial system, such as Oracle Certified Professional or SAP Certified Application Associate.
- Working experience of FP&A business processes, including planning and budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead small projects related to finance platforms as assigned to support decisions and strategic planning.
- Design and implement financial systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Identify financial system requirements and develop solutions to meet our needs.
- Deliver product configuration, report and integration changes in response to user stories, break-fix and enhancement requests.
- Analyze and troubleshoot financial system issues, identifying causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation for financial systems.
- Train users on best practices, emphasizing process efficiency and adherence to organizational standards.
